01 The story
The Ideas Shed is neither a conventional consultancy nor a software factory. It grew from years spent shaping organisations, brands, ventures, partnerships and impact — and from seeing modern technology make it possible to carry far more ideas through to reality.
We start with the question. We care about the proposition and the people. We understand the numbers. Then, where building is the best way forward, we can make the thing too.

Founder / Strategy, ventures & commercial thinking
Marcus is the founder of The Ideas Shed: an ACA Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, creative and product strategist, and social-impact specialist. His work moves between strategy, brands, partnerships, funding, financial models, venture building and AI products — an unusual mix that keeps ideas connected to commercial reality.

Creative strategy, brand & behaviour change
Chris is founder of Creative Orchestra, co-founder of My Social Impact and a former Board Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. He brings more than three decades of creative strategy, branding, communications, ethical marketing, purpose and behaviour-change experience.

Software engineering & AI product development
Timothy is a Ugandan software engineer specialising in AI agents, SaaS platforms and scalable systems. He studied Information Systems and Technology at Makerere University and holds IBM certifications in Data Science. When he is not building software, you will probably find him watching films like Finding Nemo.
