01 The story
Founded by Marcus Warry, The Ideas Shed is a creative venture studio. It grew from years spent shaping organisations, brands, partnerships and impact, and from seeing modern technology make it possible to carry more ideas through to reality.
We bring creativity, commercial experience, technical ability and human understanding together. We start with the people and the opportunity, understand the numbers, and turn promising ideas into beautiful, useful websites, software, apps and ventures.

Founder / Strategy, ventures & commercial thinking
Marcus is the founder of The Ideas Shed: an ACA Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, creative and product strategist, and social-impact specialist. His work moves between strategy, brands, partnerships, funding, financial models, venture building and AI products. It is an unusual mix that keeps ideas connected to commercial reality.

Chris is founder of Creative Orchestra, co-founder of My Social Impact and a former Board Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. He brings more than three decades of creative strategy, branding, communications, ethical marketing, purpose and behaviour-change experience.
Creative partner and venture co-founder
Software engineering & AI product development
Timothy is a Ugandan software engineer specialising in AI agents, SaaS platforms and scalable systems. He studied Information Systems and Technology at Makerere University and holds IBM certifications in Data Science. When he is not building software, you will probably find him watching films like Finding Nemo.
